Aquabot repairs are now done in Canada, eliminating cross border shipping. Watermaid Canada is pleased to announce that it is now the National Service Center for all Aqua products robotic pool cleaners. Our existing facilities make it a natural fit to complete the trouble shooting and repair of the Aquabot product line. We sell service and repair both residential and commercial models of all of the Aquabot pool cleaners on the market. We have our own parts department. Our extensive Aquabot parts inventory ensures that your unit is repaired quickly and returned to you with a minimum of down time eliminating the delays associated with cross border shipments and the red tape involved.

Our Technicians attend training programs that make them experts. Whether your Aquabot is a residential or commercial model, old or new, we have the trained staff to take care of all of your needs. All products that come to our service center are inspected and repaired by a factory trained and authorized technician. This ensures that your Aquabot is repaired quickly and properly. As an Authorized Repair Center we can assess and complete warranty repairs on the spot.

Tune up or Repair

If you would like to send us your Aquabot for a professional tune up, assessment and quote on repair, we charge a fee of $50.00 Canadian. For this we will fully test your product, inspect all parts and give you a written quote for the required maintenance. If repair is required and you choose to go ahead with the repair, the diagnostic charge of $50.00 is deducted from the bill. If it is determined that it is time to retire your Aquabot, the $50.00 can be applied to the purchase of any new model Aquabot from Watermaid Canada. Please note that the $50.00 rebate cannot exceed the total cost of the repair. If the total cost is under $50.00, you will be charged a flat fee of $50.00. The customer is responsible for shipping to our repair facility and the return shipping as well. The $50.00 bench fee is only applicable to units that are past their warranty period. If the unit is still under warranty, the manufacturer's warranty schedule is followed and no additional bench charges will be applied. The bench fee is due at the time of receipt of the unit.

*THE FINE PRINT: Repairs completed by Watermaid of Canada Inc. are warranted against failure for a period of 60 days from the date on the repair bill. This guarantee does not cover failures that were not part of the original repair.
